Overview

Belt conveyors are equipped with two typical drives: Y-ZLY/ZSY and Y-DBY/DCY drives. The designer can choose according to the specific layout requirements of the belt conveyor and the surrounding environmental conditions.

Y-zly /ZSY drive device is composed of Y series squirrel-cage motor, ML/MLL-1 type ply-shaped elastic coupling or YOXL (YOX,) /YOXIL(YOXrz) type hydraulic coupler, ZLY/ZSY hard tooth surface cylindrical gear reducer and other parts, and is also equipped with YW series YWZ, type electric hydraulic drum brake. The NFA /NYD type backstops are composed of three types of Y-ZLY/ZSY drives.

The reduction gear of Y-DBY/DCY drive device is DBY/DCY type broken conical cylindrical gear reducer, the rest of the configuration is the same as that of Y zLY/ZSY drive device.

(1) The motor power equipped with the two driving devices is 1.1~315kW, the nominal speed ratio of the reducer is 10~50, combined with the 250~61600 transmission drum, each configured with 221 kinds of drive units.

(2) When the motor power does not exceed 37kW, the drive device adopts a plus-shaped elastic coupling to connect the motor and the reducer; When the motor power reaches 45kW or above, the hydraulic coupler is used to connect the motor and the reducer.

(3) Due to some technical difficulties, the plum shaped elastic coupling used in this drive device still uses ML type and MLL-1 type, rather than the LM type and LMZ-1 type stipulated in the new standard GB/T5272-2002. For the convenience of the designer, Section 17.3 of this manual also lists the details of these two types of plum couplings for reference.

(4) The drive device simultaneously adopts YOX type II and YOX, type two hydraulic couplers for matching, of which YOX, type hydraulic coupler is a compound drain type, its weight is mainly supported on the motor shaft, the starting coefficient is limited between 1.3 and 1.7. When selecting, the amount of oil should be selected according to the required power and the maximum torque at the start of the coupler, according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer, and indicated in the order form. The media of YOX type hydraulic coupler are oil and water. When the water medium is applied, its transmission power is 20% higher than that of the oil medium. In the use site with explosion-proof requirements, the water medium should be selected, and the user should specify it when ordering.

(5) The electric hydraulic drum brake used in the drive device,

Langtime needs to configure the corresponding specifications of the thruster according to the braking torque and heating situation (the thruster working system is 100%), some YWZ, type brakes have specified the thruster type number, but the designer still needs to confirm the final.

(6) The backstops used in the driving device are NFA type non-contact backstops and NYD type backstops. The NFA type backstop is placed on the high-speed shaft or the secondary high-speed shaft, and the NYD type backstop is placed on the low-speed shaft. According to the importance of the protected equipment, generally when the motor power is not greater than 90kW, the reducer model is not greater than 355, the NFA type backstop is selected; When the motor power reaches or exceeds 110kW, and the reducer model reaches or exceeds 400, the NYD type backstop is selected (with some exceptions). After the designer chooses a drive unit with a backstop, it should be checked and confirmed according to the calculated backstop torque of the conveyor.

(7) The reducer in both drive devices should be checked by the designer after selecting the drive unit for thermal power. For important conveyors, after determining the supplier, it is best to check the thermal power of the reducer by the main engine factory or the reducer factory.

(8) The drive device adopts 1Z type elastic pin gear coupling to connect the reducer and transmission drum. For design convenience, the coupling and the distance between the belt conveyor center line and the reducer center line are listed separately in this manual, and the weight is also counted separately, and is not included in the total weight of the drive combination.

(9) The drive device is only equipped with a plum coupling and a hydraulic coupler shield, but not equipped with a brake shield and a 1Z coupling shield. If the designer thinks necessary, please configure yourself.

(10) The drive device is a typical configuration of single drum drive, which can be suitable for single motor and double motor drive. Whether it is suitable for double-drum multi-motor drive should be judged by the designer according to the conveyor working condition.

(11) Due to the uncertainty of the choice of the backstop, according to the majority opinion, only four assembly types 1, 2, 5 and 6 are provided for the drive frame matching the drive device with the drive device, and only the drawing number is given for the drive device frame with the backstop in the three and four assembly types. If the backstop selected by the designer is inconsistent with the combination table, it is necessary to design the drive device frame by itself; If it is consistent with the combination table, it can be equipped with the drive device frame by the manufacturer according to the drawing number given.
